PERFECTION

I can't say enough about our stay! VERY CLEAN and the view was beautiful. We saw a lot of wild life in the marsh. The screened in porch was perfect for coffee and a book. Very quiet and friendly people. The pool was amazing for the kids and we used the baby pool as well which is all fenced in. Great restaurants close by as well as grocery stores. A++++

Quiet Get Away Yet Near The Beach Excitement

A clean, large condo for two adults and two kids (ages 6 and 9). We were surprised at how spacious the condo was for our family. Mattresses in bedroom were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots, pans, cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. About a 10 minute drive to Bethany Beach and Route 1 (Coastal Highway). Close to two supermarkets, liquor store, and a great seafood market. Rehobeth Beach area is about 20 minutes away. Wonderful view of the marshes and Indian River Bay Bridge. We enjoyed sitting on the screen deck at night. The facility is clean and quiet. Plenty of walking trails. The pool was clean and plenty of chairs and umbrellas. A wonderful place for a quiet getaway with your family. We would definitely stay here again.
