Private, Level, Beachfront Cottage; No Stairs To Beach!
Situated on the East side of beautiful Keuka Lake, our large, level, private beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, boating and relaxing! Our cottage is 5 miles from shops and restaurants in Penn Yan and a 15 minute drive from Hammondsport, which was recently named 'America's Coolest Small Town'!
We are within walking distance of Rooster Hill Winery and a short drive from at least 15-20 of the best wineries in the Finger Lakes!
Our cottage is located on a quiet point on East Lake Road, which is perfect for walking, running, biking and strolling!
Cottage completely painted and re-carpeted in Fall 2024-Early Winter 2025! Back patio floor resurfaced Fall 2024!
Our three kids have spent their summers on this lovely, quiet and serene point. It is truly the perfect spot for a family vacation or adult getaway.

This Cottage was built by my Great Grandfather, Harry Riopko Jr. in 1951. It has been enjoyed in the Spring, Summer and Fall by our family and friends since it was built and I'm honored to now own this beautiful property. We have countless memories from this cottage and are excited to share it with you!
