Waterfront House on Seneca Lake

Come stay at this gorgeous home (new build in 2022) on the east side of Seneca Lake. Enjoy the outdoors with 100 feet of beach frontage and large front yard. Walking into the house there are huge windows showcasing the lake views. The living and kitchen area feature a cozy seating area with a well stocked kitchen. Custom woodworking and features are found throughout the house- from custom oak trim to exposed copper in the showers.

The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. This bath has an easy to access walk in shower. The downstairs master features a king bed and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a twin over double bunk and another twin bed (sleeping 4). Upstairs, the master suite has incredible lake views with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, with a pull-out twin size chair and a half. In addition, there is a fun sleeping alcove that fits a Tempurpedic sleeping mat for the kids. This bedroom sleeps 3-4. The 3rd bathroom features a tub/shower.
The separate game room has a game table for board games and cards, a television with a DVD player (and DVD's), and a foosball table. Yard games are also kept here, including corn hole, croquet, bocce and Can Jam.
The house sits on a "bluff" that is about 8' high. There are 20 steps to the beach as well as a more gentle slope down to the lake that can be walked. Enjoy campfires on the 100 feet of beach while viewing the stars, or watching the birds. On the bluff we have added a gas fire bowl surrounded by Adirondack chairs for another great spot to enjoy the view.
There is a new permanent dock this year which will have a ladder off the end. There is also a floating mat to enjoy tied to a buoy, once the season gets warmer.

The entry outdoor lights are motion activated, or turn on at dusk, in case your arrival is late. In addition there is one security camera located in the storage room on the right side of the “game room” building facing the road. When you have access to the address, please know that the time period of google maps is prior to the tear down of the previous house. You will notice the tractor and dumpster as we were starting the process. However, if you go to street view you will be able to see our newly repaved driveway!

While building this home, we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area restaurants, breweries, wineries, hiking and water activities. We hope you will as well and include some new activities you find in our guest book!
