Charming 3-bedroom bungalow with beautiful water view and sunsets Punta Gorda

Hi Vanessa, it’s unfortunate you state your stay was that horrible. The guests that I had stay at my place have given a 5 star and a 4 star review. The heat is controlled because of people like you that take advantage of the hosts. You called me and stated you wanted it colder then 72 Fahrenheit. I had put it down to 70 Fahrenheit, which is extremely not healthy for the humidity within the home. My place is up-to-date and not run down like you stated 2 of the 3 bathrooms are renovated over and above. Each guest pays for the cleaning before the next guest gets there. The cleaning company I hired stay up-to-date with photos and on top of things prior to any guest staying at the home and they do a beautiful job cleaning again please check my reviews on cleanliness. You paid for the cleanliness for the next guest and I didn’t hear no complaints like I normally don’t. Unfortunately I got to say you kept my place very dirty, and you move too many things around which cleaning people had a hard time, figuring out where it all went. All I have to say any hosts be aware of this person. Vanessa will take advantage and give you a bad rating if she doesn’t get what she wants.
