Pool and hot tub were the highlight. Outside area, grass and patio were nice. Location was convenient. There were 6 of us and we had enough space.

Gorgeous property, centrally located really a fantastic experience.

The photos don’t do this property or neighborhood justice, it’s even better in person. Super clean, cute style the kitchen is well stocked with the tools you need so you can grab groceries and cook after long pool days.

Fantastic Palm Springs house

Fantastic holiday home in the heart of Palm Springs. Light and spacious classic mid century modern home with all amenities. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows too. The beautiful pool and orange diving board were an absolute highlight. Would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend!

Wish I could stay longer!

What a perfect vacation home. Spent 4 nights with just the boys playing golf everyday and then another 4 with the family. It was great for both. Could not have enjoyed our stay any more. Darcey was very helpful and easy to deal with. I hope we are able to visit again soon.

January Vacation

This ia a beautiful mid century modern house. Well stocked with anything you could need—including iron, ironing board, clothes steamer, plenty of kitchen towels, extra bath and beach towels, lamps. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views, spa and pool. We loved everything about the house and our stay in Palm Springs! Fabulous.

A very comfortable stay

I recently rented this home for five nights. It is fully appointed and very well maintained and managed. The property is spacious and comfortable with a wall of windows in the main living area. The yard is fully enclosed with a privacy wall, fabulous pool and great landscaping. The house is convenient to everything. I highly recommend.

Perfect spot

This house has a nice feeling - a sort of simple, honest unfussy and yet loved little place. It was perfect for us, with a great pool and hottub that we used every day, and comfy straightforward spaces, easy to live in, easy to straighten up, relaxing. We loved all the interesting colorful artwork, brought in from an art center that sells work by disabled artists. We went out for great hiking and eating mostly but did cook in one night and found the kitchen well-equipped. The owners were very quick to respond and positive in tone. All in all, highly recommended. We would happily return!

My 2013 New Years Vacation

We had a great time at Mid-Century Modern Art Fabulous, that week was perfect, house was very private, clean and comfty, great value for money, we loved relaxing by the pool and spa but we had some issues with the pool & spa being heated. The owners tried there best to fix the issue but either way we had a great time. The customer service was great. I would rent this house again for sure.

PERFECT Palm Springs Getaway

This home is such a great place to relax and get away!! This is the second time I've stayed here (once with friends last year). Great location close to downtown PS, great style and decor, and super cool artwork throughout. The winning feature is the beautiful pool and spa. I agree with the other reviews about the AC in the master bedroom and the beds being a little hard, but I will definitely stay here again!! Also, Jessica was super easy to work with, was responsive and the check in/check out process was seamless :) Thank you!!

Great Long Weekend Away

Really enjoyed staying at this property, it’s in a quiet neighborhood but everything PSP has to offer is just a short drive away. The house was perfect for our group of three—we each had a bedroom and enough space to spread out. The house is well-stocked and the pool was clean. Communication with the property management was excellent—the master bedroom ductless threw an error code in the middle of the night and she offered to have someone come out and fix it immediately although we said it was OK and let it wait until the morning (the central A/C is more than adequate).

30th celebration getaway

We noticed the house needs a good TLC a lot of updating or even just some overall paint, new blinds. They were in much need of replacing. Stains on the pillow cases did not like that. The back yard was our favorite place to be as the pool and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed story behind all the paintings. Thank you for allowing us to stay. V/R, Priscilla Whinery

Lovely Pool House

We really enjoyed our stay. We had some trouble with the water heater but the property manager sent a handy man to fix it. The pool is lovely. We used it pretty much every day. We didn't encounter the neighbors at all. Very quiet neighborhood. We saw some ants every morning in the kitchen that we tried to clean but they kept coming back. Not a big deal but thought to mention it.

Fabulous stay in Palm Springs. Perfect get away for my Aussie friends. The mid century vibe was just what they ordered. The pool was great. BBQ was key. Definitely a return visit is a must

Mid-century magic

We had such a lovely stay, everything was perfect, the space works so well and was equipped with everything we needed. The heated pool was such a highlight and the location worked really well.

The accommodations were great. We really enjoyed the back yard - the hot tub and the pool. The landscaping was beautiful, the lemon trees and the choice of plants around the house, and the view of the mountains from the pool were wonderful. The house itself had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of closet space. The mirrors in the bathrooms were hung a little low for some of the taller people in our family. Other than that, our stay was great, we had a wonderful time.

This is a great house for the two of us. Excellent pool/spa. Well stocked kitchen and a convenient location to downtown. We've stayed here twice when we visit for the tennis tournament, and we will rent this house again.

Great location

The house was in a great location. We loved the pool and hot tub. The house in general is a bit tired. Bathrooms are adequate but not fantastic. Furniture feels a bit worn.
