Kid and pet friedly-renovated modern adobe ten minutes from the heart of Palm Springs -- virtually everything in this house is new. (DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT NEED TO BE PRE DECLARED & APPROVED). Sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms plus a Murphy Bed in the office/fourth bedroom. Pool, 6-person spa, fireplace, large 65 inch smart LED tv with surround sound, Netflix and internet ready, smart TV in master, quartz dining table, large shower in the master, garage, laundry, and outdoor grill and dining for 8 add to the attractiveness of this fully-automated property.

The hot tub is heated and included in the rental agreement price.

great house / great stay / convenient location

The house is lovely and very comfortable, including the beds. Outside seating is plentiful and easy to find either sun or shade. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of glasses, plates etc and is easy to cook in. The BBQ is large and works well. The spa was great and worked well. Dealing with the owner and property manager was easy. Pictures are accurate. Linens and towels were good too. My only warnings would be the pool is expensive to heat and, as the house is close to the airport, there is quite a bit of noise - especially morning and evening as the planes go overhead.

We will be rebooking for next year! Power was out 2 nights, from 10pm until 5 and 7 am, for a scheduled outage. I'm not sure if there is a way to let us know beforehand.

Lovely, relaxing time

We were two couples in town for a conference, seeking a quiet refuge at the end of each day. We found it! Very relaxing, quiet, spacious, immaculate. (Yes, you hear the occasional airplane, but as we are pilots and aviation nerds, that was a plus!). Communication and accomodation excellent. Would consider again!

pretty good

the house was a great size as described. the location was great. it was near everything. my suggestion would be to create a notebook for renters. there was no information on wifi, tv, or light switches. when we asked the manager she said she was new and did not know much about the house (?)and we should just continue to try all different switches. carpets need to be cleaned.
