Kid and pet friedly-renovated modern adobe ten minutes from the heart of Palm Springs -- virtually everything in this house is new. (DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT NEED TO BE PRE DECLARED & APPROVED). Sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms (all king beds) plus a queen bed in the office/fourth bedroom. Brand new Pool, fire pit, and backyard, 6-person spa, indoor gas fireplace, 3 large smart LED tvs that are internet ready, quartz dining table, large shower in the master, garage, laundry, and outdoor grill and dining for 8 add to the attractiveness of this fully-automated property.

The hot tub is heated and included in the rental agreement price.
The pool can be heated for you at a cost of $100 per day.

It's an excellent property! We had four sisters celebrating a milestone birthday. We enjoyed all the amenities - hot tub, pool, fire pit, cool deck, outdoor furniture, indoor fireplace, and sound system that reached the outdoors too. Nice large kitchen with double oven. Everyone had their own room with 3 rooms having sliding doors to pool - lots of family and privacy space! Nice large garage too. Locally, there was so much to do - hiking, walking, exploring, shopping, and eating. We were there a week and never got bored! It flew by!

From beginning to end, we genuinely enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful inside and out, all the rooms were spacious and the kitchen was top notch. The backyard was our favorite, being able to relax in the extremely private pool and jacuzzi really took our vacation to the next level.Located about 5 mins from Downtown made it super easy for us to enjoy shopping and restaurants.

We stayed in this home for a family vacation, two adults, two teenage boys and a 9 year old girl. It was a beautiful home with plenty of space. The beds were really comfortable, the pool was beautiful and the hot tub heated to the perfect temperature. The neighborhood was really nice and very quiet. The grocery store was nice and close. Really nice high end appliances as well. We would stay again if we were to visit again.

This place is absolute perfection! Even more beautiful than the pictures, and you can’t beat the location. No extra fees to bring our dog or to heat the spa, which you can’t say for other rentals in the area. Judy was so nice and accommodating at check in. The pool time was very nice. The pool was nice. The spa was nice the inside of the house there were a few problems such as the couch was dirty and we had to get someone to clean the couch and in our bathroom there were only hot water the repair lady said that the plumbing was tapped into just the hot water. The shower was fine. The TV remote did not work well in our bedroom. It was very hard to turn off the TV and.

We are sorry you had a bad experience. When you had an issue, we sent people to fix it. When you complained about the couch we sent a furniture cleaner. When you complained about the hot water, we sent our handyman. You did not have to arrange those things — we did immediately and at our expense. We were very responsive to all of your requests and issues (including an early check in) so I am a little surprised you gave us a 6/10.
