Ground floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.



The condo is equipped with the following:

-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom

-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request

-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Beautiful property at Regal Beach

Second time staying here and we love it. We really enjoyed staying in a ground floor condo this time (we stayed on third floor before) because it was so convenient to pool and beach. Went next door to the Marriott to eat lunch and it's fabulous. Only tiny negative is that there were no beach toys/floats in this particular condo. We would have enjoyed that. Overall, we love it here and will be back next spring break!

Glad you had a beautiful trip to the island. Yes, the ground floor units are so convenient to the ocean front pool, beach and Caribbean Sea. If you needed beach toys, all you need to do is ask and we would happily provide toys as per your request. Please come and stay with us again.

Piece of paradise

This condo has it all! It is located in a convenient area, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The beach is exquisite, with powdery white sand and clear turquoise water. The beach chairs and umbrellas are plentiful. Marriott next door is busy, but not annoying. The RBC property itself is lush with well-tended tropical plants. The two pools are pristine. Our condo was on the ground level so we could walk right out the screen porch door to access the pools or stroll to the beach (which can been seen from condo). It was very spacious and decorated nicely and had plenty of dishes, paper goods/household items, towels, new appliances, and full size washer and dryer. Ildi, the property manager, met us on arrival and was always available to address questions or concerns. We had a window lock issue that was taken care of immediately. All staff (housekeeping, landscaping, security guard) were friendly and professional. I can't imagine staying anywhere else! We met several nice families or couples who were staying there, and they agreed. We took advantage of the "Delivery Cayman" service to have our requested grocery items waiting for us on our Sunday arrival (when stores are closed). That was very reasonable and a great help.

the condo was modern and immaculate, tons of bath and beach towels. kitchen had great appliances, plenty of pots and pans, dishes and glasses down to a full set of martini glasses. the location of this unit in the complex was fabulous, just steps to the pool and beach and can see the ocean from the living room and screened in porch. our pool and beach had plenty of lounges any time of day, also great to be next to the Marriot, really just steps from their outdoor beach bar and restaurant and red sail sports . the only problem we had was a storm that turned up the ocean that dumped feet of seaweed on our beach that required major backhoe cleanup that took a few days unfortunately out of our weeks vacation. the Staff at the complex were very accomodating and helpful. would definitely stay there again and recommend to others

SPECTACULR Property

What an amazing vacation! This was our 5th family trip to Grand Cayman staying at Regal Beach, but our first in the condo. We will never rent from anyone else! Petra's property is pristine, updated, and well stocked with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. She is a very attentive and accommodating owner who clearly cares a great deal about her properties and guests. This unit is perfectly located right by the pool and only steps away from one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The snorkeling is amazing. We can't say enough about our stay. Thank you so much!

Both times I booked through the same owners and both #634 last year, and #612 this year have been amazing! The apartment was clean, newly (and nicely) refurbished. I had a very comfortable stay with my husband and two kids as the place was very large. The property manager was so friendly and professional that she made my stay enjoyable. I knew her from last year already, and she really never disappoints - I needed to organise a birthday party for my kids, and she even provided me with a cake tin for the birthday cake! The white sand 7 mile beach, the crystal clear ocean and a beautiful apartment!! I recommend this place to anyone :)
