Ocean view condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach



Ground floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.



The condo is equipped with the following:

-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom

-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request

-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

It was a perfect get away. We have stayed here before and love it. Great location!! The only downer and at no fault of the resort is that the beach is diminishing!

RBC great accommodations and great location

Location near several restaurants & bars (across the street and down the block, and walkable to Georgetown Camana Bay (and the Foester's Supermarket there which is fantastic) and the northern part of Seven Mile Beach. Good security and very nice apartments. A bit later of a checkout would be appreciated. Otherwise, another great stay.

The property was fantastic. Very bright and clean. Nicely decorated. Plenty of space for my husband and I are our 16 and 18 year old daughters. Perfect 1st floor location with super easy beach access.

Wonderful!

This place really was perfect for a family vacation! The amenities were great and the condo was accessible to everything we wanted, or needed. Clean, updated, and daily cleaning. Dale (the manager) was so accommodating to any requests or questions. Steps from the ocean, yet felt private enough. Ideal situation!!

Great Escape

We loved staying at Regal Beach this year. We've tried several places on the island and we'd definitely come back next year to RB. The condo was extremely well laid out and had all the kitchen equipment available to cook at home when we wanted. Cleaning service every day was wonderful too. Thank you to Ms Dale and Petra for being available when we needed to ask questions (like is there salt in the condo while we were out shopping)!! Everything was perfect, what a beautiful spot on 7 mile beach!

Beautiful Condo!

I stayed here for 10 days and it simply wasn't enough! The condo was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were very clean, the flat was very nicely decorated and very spacious, there was a nice view from the terrace and and a very easy access to the pool area and the gorgeous beach. I really enjoyed my time here with my husband, we were celebrating our 20th anniversary and I couldn't have asked for a more romantic holiday. The is a nice jacuzzi near the flat and a tennis court whereby my husband and I played some tennis in the evenings. I keep coming back to Regal Beach and #613 this year was as beautiful as #612 last year. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday once again!

Fanatastic location and condo

This condo and its location was PERFECT for our stay. Less than 15 minutes from the airport, view of the ocean from the lanai, steps from the pool and ocean. The beach is small but it was all we needed! You are a 0.5 mile from the grocery story (take the "Camana footpath" and at the end turn left and walk down the sidewalk to Foster's grocery); and restaurants all around. We rented a car from Andy's which was just down the way and across from the Marriott. We used the beach chairs to explore the island (had our own snorkel gear). Condo was clean and nicely appointed. Security personnel at night were very friendly. The available daily maid service (we used it twice) was so appreciated and a great option! Be prepared to plan to be there for the sunsets as they are incredible! This condo is on the ground floor so we didn't have to worry about getting suitcases upstairs! Like I said, perfect! I would definitely recommend.

It was the perfect size & location for our family of 5

The unit was clean, comfortable and had all the kitchen supplies, linens, towels we needed. We could see the water from the lanai. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and the beach...we never had to worry we wouldn’t find a spot. The grounds are well kept and there is a security guard there throughout the evening.

We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! Awesome view, excellent service, impeccable furnishings and appliances. Well stocked dishes, glassware and utensils. Cable TV and internet was reliable. Housekeeping is efficient and friendly. Petra is genuinely accommodating and sincere about providing the best experience possible. Great location, shopping and dining within walking distance. Marriott Beach Bar convenient for days that you don't wish to venture too far from the beautiful beach and pool. Reasonably priced and great value for couples and families alike.
