My townhome’s main level features a large open floor plan with hardwood floors and 8-foot windows and sliding doors to capture the magnificent views. The centerpiece of the living room is a super comfy designer “could” sectional where you can grab a throw blanket, sink in, and stream your favorite movie in surround sound or just enjoy the gas fireplace in the evening.
YouTube TV is provided, or feel free to log into your own streaming account using the high speed wi-fi. Just outside is the private patio with the fire pit, hot tub and an extra heater for those cooler evenings when you want to soak up the evening sky but remain warm. Grab one of the plush robes, drop it in the robe warmer as you walk outside, and take a dip in the private hot tub while enjoying a magnificent Tahoe area sunset and sipping your favorite beverage. When you finish, you can grab your toasty warm robe before you head back inside. During winter, heated mats are provided to keep the path to the hot tub free of snow.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream featuring Jenn-Air appliances, a 6-burner gas range, a selection of All Clad stainless steel and Le Creuset pots and pans, Shun knives, a Vitamix blender and a full range of small appliances, accessories, oils and spices. Serve your meal at the reclaimed oak dining table that seats up to 10, and use the many casually elegant serving platters and bowls and of course the cloth napkins to impress your guests. A generously sized bar area also provides the perfect space to prepare craft cocktails. When the temperatures outside are just perfect for al fresco dining, enjoy grilling on the BBQ with accompanying side burner, and dine at the teak outdoor dining set. For coffee and tea lovers, the home offers a Keurig machine, when time is tight, a drip coffee maker (and whole bean grinder) to make a larger pot of coffee, and a Breville Oracle One Touch top of the line espresso and cappuccino maker for the ultimate espresso beverage, which should please even the most discerning coffee lover if you are willing to take a few minutes to learn how to use it. For tea lovers, an electric kettle is provided as well as a variety of teas.
The primary suite is located on the first level and features a reclaimed oak king bedroom set, a supportive Tempur-pedic mattress and access to the outdoor patio through the large sliding glass doors. An oversized barn door leads to the ensuite bathroom with heated floor, Toto bidet toilet and a large shower and bath amenities you would expect at a five star hotel, such as a magnifying mirror, and a variety of bath products. Plush bath robes, hot tub towels, multi-device chargers, a TV, extra blankets, Egyptian cotton sateen sheets, a space heater and humidifier are also provided to meet guests’ needs.
Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, which share a large bathroom with two sinks and a separate room with a bathtub and toilet. One guest room features a queen bed and a forged brass and marble console, which doubles as a desk. The other guest room includes both a queen bed and a twin bunk bed and features two armoires for storage. Both bedrooms include TVs, plush robes, multi-device chargers, humidifiers and space heaters and a variety of types of standard sized pillows in the closet that should satisfy almost everyone’s pillow preferences. The bathroom also includes a heated towel rack, a magnifying mirror and a selection of bath products. Finally, the upstairs has its own thermostat to assure that guests can separately regulate the temperature upstairs.
To help guests transition from the outside to the indoors, the home is equipped with a combination mud room and laundry room. Laundry products are provided and the mud room space provides a convenient bench area where guests can remove and store boots and other outdoor gear in the cabinets and on the hooks above the bench.
The garage holds 2 cars or small to medium sized SUVs or trucks (one space for a vehicle up to 16.5 feet long and another for a vehicle up to 18 feet long). Up to an additional 2 larger vehicles can be parked in the driveway. The home is a gem among vacation rentals and is sure to impress!
