Located within the prestigious Schaffer’s Mill community of Truckee and positioned across from the scenic 7th hole, this beautifully updated home blends mountain modern design, thoughtful amenities, and curated guest experiences with the comfort and warmth Tahoe is known for.

With a private hot tub, firepit, golf cart, lake gear, two separate living areas, dedicated workspaces, premium bedding, and a thoughtfully stocked kitchen, the home offers a more complete Tahoe experience with less packing and more time enjoying the mountains.
