About this property
Private Villa On Beach With A Pool
This beautiful, very private villa has 300* wrap around patio with a panoramic view looking out over the North Sound of Virgin Gorda. Sailing yachts are often seen tacking up wind toward the North end of the island. The breeze is a nice addition to the house which has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. All furniture and appliances are brand new. The main living room is open and includes the dining area and the modernized kitchen. There is a private beach with a lower patio for relaxing and watching the kids climb the point or play in the water on the beach. The pool is a step away from the front door and is surrounded by a lovely garden that is in all the colors of the Caribbean. The villa is only a 3 minute walk from Leverick Bay Marina where there is a formal dining restaurant, a beach bar & grill, pool, shops, spa, grocery store, laundry and all the aquatic amenities you need from Hobecats, jet skis to chartering your own boat.

About the host
Hosted by Barbara Yocum
We are a family of 4 and go down to our house for a month, at least once a year. It is quiet and relaxing and when we want activity we go around the corner to Leverick Bay. There is always a party going on there, but it is never heard from the house. The constant breeze keeps the sounds from the house.
Why they chose this property
My parents built the house in the late 1980's when the Marina was only a restaurant and dock. I have gone down every year since and now include my family of four. My kids have grown up vacationing here and would not want to go anywhere else.
What makes this property unique
We have our own rocky point and beach. The view is amazing and can't be beat any where. A nice breeze keeps you cool all day and night.
