Located in a gated community near the best restaurants and activities, this place is perfect for a relaxing retreat or adventurous vacation. Located in Southgate Courtyard Villas, Saltwater Serenity is in a prime location on the East End of St. Croix. Southgate is a quaint gated community of 24 one-bedroom condos, and Saltwater Serenity is on the upper level (2nd floor) featuring 14-ft West Indies style ceilings. With high ceilings, rear French doors and screen doors in the front and back, Saltwater Serenity is bright and breezy.

Saltwater Serenity has a beautiful view of the sparkling pool and swaying palms. Enjoy swimming in the private pool, basking in the sun, or lounging in one of the shaded cabanas. When you get hungry or thirsty, walk next door to Cheeseburger in America’s Paradise!

From Saltwater Serenity, you can take a short walk (9 mins) or quick drive (2 mins) to Southgate Coastal Reserve/Chenay Bay Beach. This peaceful beach is perfect for morning walks, stress-free days, and serene sunsets. Beach gear is available at Saltwater Serenity, including beach towels, chairs, a wagon, and a cooler.

Saltwater Serenity provides the convenience of self check-in with an easy-to-use smart lock. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a gate code and a keypad code. A gate opener and door key are also available inside the condo.

Guests have access to the entire condo (including one bedroom with king-size bed, one bathroom, living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area for 4, balcony with bistro set for 2, and washer/dryer) and pool (including deck, sun loungers, and cabanas).

To help you plan your well-deserved vacation, a digital welcome book will be provided with information regarding our favorite restaurants and things to do. A printed copy will also be available inside the condo.

Saltwater Serenity may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. There are stairs leading to the entrance and other features that are not ADA-compliant. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us and we will be happy to provide more details.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please fill out the guestbook; wash & put away dishes; turn off fans & A/C; hang the key & gate opener on the hook by the front door; make sure all windows & exterior doors are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking - Please do not smoke in the condo or on the balcony. Smoking violations will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250.
Quiet Hours 10 pm to 9 am - Please be considerate of neighbors. No parties. Repeated noise violations will result in eviction and additional fees.
Please turn off AC/lights each time you leave. Try to conserve water when possible. At check-out, wash/put away dishes and bring trash to dumpster.

We had an amazing experience. The directions and entry information were perfect. Lindsey and Randy, the owners, put a lot of time and effort into the welcoming book, and having it ahead of time was very helpful.The unit is just as advertised. Very clean, has all that you need for the beach, including snorkeling equipment. Plenty of beach towels in a foot locker, be sure to look inside. Kitchen is well stocked to cook whatever you want, oven, stove, lots of utensils. Owners were on top of everything. If you needed anything, they were a call away and have people on site that handle all situations.We will definitely come back!

My husband and I spent a week at Saltwater Serenity its a great place to stay. The Condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect to be close to beaches and Christiansted. We had a few meals at Cheeseburgers in paradise the food is very good and they make their own desserts. It's very convenient having it around the corner. The little deck is nice. We enjoyed having coffee out there in the morning. I appreciated that it is a second floor unit. It's very quiet. We hardly saw any neighbors although we were there during off season.We would love to stay at Saltwater Serenity again!

Great Quiet Spot with helpful neighbor

Our stay was perfect. We had a to family trip with our boys who are 8 and 9. They were in heaven with the pool and snorkeling beach near by. There was plenty of amenities in the house including a hand mixer which I was shocked about. It was my husband's birthday so I wanted to bake him a cake. We would highly recommend this home.
