This superb property offers a a newly renovated guest studio under the main house, WiFi, heating, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

The tranquil ambiance of this space is perfect for guests looking to unwind and relax. This is a newly renovated in 2024 studio apartment under the main house.

It has a small kitchenette for heating food, fridge, toaster and kettle for making tea or coffee. Though the coffee is better at Sparrow in Leura Mall. A short 6 min walk from the home.

The best part of the quiet oasis is the yard you open to every morning. It backs onto the National Park. Just a stroll out the back gate to the trail to walk to the Leura Cascades, to Mount Olympia, and the backside view of the Three Sisters. It's breathtaking!

It has a beautiful new full sized bathroom with a bath and shower separate.

The guest house studio has it's own access and entry, just down the end of the driveway and around the back of the house.

It's a quiet street and neighborhood, so parking is easy street side.

Bonus: We only use non-toxic cleaning products that are not only better for you but harmless to the environment. :)

Just to note:
The bed is a double sized mattress.
And we have a portable cot and a single blow up bed if you have a children with you.

Please let the host know if you are scared of dogs. The host has a cute toy poodle who will bark initially, but loves cuddles as pats.
