To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

The apartment is close to bridal shops, MKE boot company, Soup Brothers, Iron Horse Hotel, a Pattiserre, a cider company, Mobcraft brewery, Caroline’s Jazz Club, 2nd street restaurants and bars , 6th street restaurants and bars, the Harley Davidson Museum, downtown, the Third Ward, Marquette, etc!

Just like any downtown area, you are only a short walk away from everything. There are Bird and Lime scooters usually scattered about and Uber and Lyft are available.


Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and must be arranged and paid for in advance. Please note that unapproved check-outs past 10 AM will incur an additional hourly fee. Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This process includes stringent ID verification and the submission of a selfie, designed to foster a secure environment for all. Please be advised that any flagged IDs or indications of credit card fraud may result in the cancellation of the reservation, with a full refund promptly issued. Rest assured, our screening process, facilitated by Enso Connect/Autohost AI, ensures both efficiency and accuracy in maintaining safety protocols.

Furthermore, guests residing within a 50-mile radius must adhere to a minimum booking requirement of two nights, as per building policy. Or stay will be declined

**Pets may be allowed depending on size and must be approved in advance. Please be upfront about bringing a pet—failure to disclose may result in cancellation of your reservation. An additional cleaning fee per pet will apply, based on the length of your stay.

Pets must be added to the reservation or disclosed prior to booking. Failure to do so will result in a substantial unauthorized pet fee per pet if discovered after check-in.

There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.
We are sorry however, the building does not allow Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs/ Mastiffs, and Bulldogs.
