All the comforts of home can be found in this second floor duplex apartment (we also have a 3 BR guesthouse below you on the first floor). I stay busy running the Guest Houses in Ann Arbor staying in all 4 Guesthouses every other month or so, or I am in my art studio painting abstract art or gardening in the summer in the Smokies. I call North Carolina mountains my home but travel back and forth to Ann Arbor, enjoying my time in one of the 4 Ann Arbor Guest Houses. What a life!

Why they chose this property

I lived in this property back in the 90's on the main floor. In the Spring of 2012 I rented my old apartment again downstairs and the upstairs came available 5 years later. I named it the Artist's Loft as I was looking for a place to hang many of my art pieces. I love this location and I love staying here in the central part of downtown and remembering the 'good 'ol days' when I would dart in and out of my apartment enjoying the fun filled life of living right in the middle of town.

What makes this property unique

Everything is within a 5 block walk, U of M, Main Street, Kerrytown! Okay, walking to the Stadium takes a few more blocks to get there. Having a parking space in town is a big plus if you think you need a car. Teeming life on the streets on the other side of your front door. This apartment is sunny with windows on all 4 sides of the apartment. It is cozy yet roomy enough (around 1000 SF) for up to 6 guests.
