Outstanding in every way!

Our KoOlina stay set the bar for our first Oahu trip. Our rooms were perfect. They were beautiful and clean. My family complained that the smaller room smelled like it had once been smoked in but I didn’t notice. The room was perfectly located and had the most gorgeous views. The resort was beautiful and so much fun. The food was okay at the restaurants, nothing spectacular but more than met all of our needs. We also shopped and stocked up on snacks, drinks, and locally made breakfast items. The staff were so friendly and always available to take care of anything needed. I would recommend staying to anyone and I know that we will be staying again as soon as possible.

We were very pleased with our accommodations and stay at the Marriott Ko Olina resort. The unit was nicely appointed and the view was magnificent. It was very handy that the checkin/checkout was so easy.

Beautiful Location

Highly recommend staying here. It is the most beautiful views, ocean and pools. We stayed for a week with 7&8 year olds who enjoyed all of the amenities. Everyday included family fun activities for free. The gym was amazing and even included peloton bikes. You have a pathway connecting to Disney and four seasons for different restaurant options.

This was our first time to Hawaii and it couldn't have been more perfect. The beauty of the place and the property made it difficult to ever want to leave :) the rooms were extremely ample for two families to each have their space. Great time with always reliable host

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Originally we had a small hiccup on the room type but Timeshare Brokers made it right with us while we were on vacation. The team is responsive and will often proactively reach out to make sure everything is good. As for Marriott Ko Olina, this has to be our top destination due to it's amazing location on the lagoon and great amenities like the various set of pools. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed all the amenities of the condo - it had all the small things - like dish soap, dishwasher tabs, salt & pepper, starter pack of coffee, paper towels, etc which was great. The rooms were spacious and the pull out couch suited our child well. We loved the pools, gym and swim able cove. We liked that you could bring your own food & drinks down to the pool. The market that was about a 5 min drive or 20 min walk away had essentials decently priced and Target / Costco were also close by for grocery shopping. We loved Monkeypod restaurant that was close by.

Beautiful, well stocked room

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Ko’Olina Beach Club. The room was very comfortable and well stocked with all the cooking gadgets, utensils, plates, bowls, utensils, pots, and pans. We even used the barbecues twice in the communal area while there! No complaints. Would stay there again if we go back to Oahu.

Most beautiful place!!

We spent the extra for an ocean view and it was definitely worth it. We had a perfect view of the ocean/beach and the whole property from our balcony while we drank our coffee every morning. The room was super clean, and felt like home away from home. It was nice having the kitchen to make meals. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful and room service was quick. We will definitely come back here to stay.

Nice getaway!

The resort and location are very beautiful. The staff have been extremely nice and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were exactly as we expected. HOWEVER... If you area traveling to Hawaii during COVID I think it’s good to understand exactly what you’re getting into. Most of the amenities at the resort were very restricted or completely closed. They had a confusing reservation system for the pool and beach areas making it very difficult to use either the pool or have access to the resort’s umbrellas at the beach. When I bought my own umbrella to take to the beach security told me I had to take it down. Restaurants have a maximum 5 person per group rule and we had a larger group so that took a little more planning and research to figure out a way for our group to eat together. Others activities around the island worked out pretty well because the groups usually split up but there are space limits everywhere. All in all we had a really nice time here, we did quite a bit of research before coming so web expected some of this. The restrictions and the resort were the most disappointing.

Amazing Resort!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club. My expectations were exceeded upon entering our room! We had a huge two bedroom suite that was spotless and stocked with everything we could need for our stay. So nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer - we actually went home with suitcases full of clean clothes! We had a beautiful view of the mountains AND the ocean from our “penthouse” as we called it as we were on the top floor of our building. Loved the vaulted ceilings - I think a bonus to being on the top floor! We also appreciated the housekeeping visit part way through our stay. Somehow the air conditioning was always set to the perfect temperature - never too cold. The ceiling fans in every room were wonderful as well. The hotel amenities were perfect for everyone in our family - casual fare and shave ice for the teens and fine dining for my husband and I. The beach was amazing - nice and clean and plenty of chairs for all. Great workout facilities and I enjoyed the large array of fitness activities on the beach. Also a big bonus was the access we had to fresh, cold and free water stations! The staff was super friendly too. We arrived a few hours early and the guest service agent gave us everything we’d need (room cards, wrist bands/towel cards for the pool, parking pass) for when our room was ready and simply texted us our room number when the room was available. We were able to enjoy the facilities while waiting on our room which was lovely. A big thank you to Stacey, our Vacation Specialist, for working with our dates and helping to make our vacation happen:) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to go back!

I’ve been a Marriott Vacation Club owner for 25 years and have stayed in more than half of all the resort properties. This is the finest we have experienced. Since it is a large property ( not crowded— just big), it has many extra services— fine dining onsite, live music on weekends, etc. The units themselves are also very well thought out with loads of details — as well as mid week tidy service. This is great for any family stay.
