This is our home that we hope to share with you! Our villa is spacious with 2 Bedrooms (sleeps maximum 6 with no exceptions) and 2 full baths with over 1200 square feet of living space. Stunning ocean and mountain views await you every day as you sit on the lanai. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with new comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a new LG full size washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. The Master bedroom is furnished w/ a king bed,2 full dressers with matching night tables, private access to the lanai, soaking tub and separate shower with a full walk-in closet. Also NEW hardwood flooring. The secondary master is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king upon requests, full dresser & closet, along with nightstand and NEW hardwood flooring. It also has its own large bathroom with exquisite features & deep soaking tub/shower. The uniquely carved banana leaves in the dining room table covered by a glass top seats 6 comfortably plus there is a bar with 4 high back barstools. The Living room has a new queen sleeper sofa, 2 sitting chairs along w/ a coffee table. The villas décor is island themed with turtles, vibrant colors & local elegance.

RENTAL RATES: Our rental rates are as published. Taxes, admin fee, and cleaning fee(s) are extra. No credit card processing fees. Stays longer than 10 nights require mid-stay linen exchange and housekeeping ($200). Check-in at 2pm and check-out at 10am but we are willing to work with you on any special requests you may have. PAYMENT TERMS: 40% of total is due upon booking; remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in but can work with your specific needs.
