Amazing Sunset Views of Folly River! Close to Folly Beach & Downtown Charleston.

Our newly renovated screened balcony offers panoramic unobstructed views of the Folly River & beyond. It truly is a peaceful, breathtaking place to watch the dolphins, birds, kayakers, & sailboats as the changing tides go by.

This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo sleeps 4 with 1 king and 1 queen bedroom each with a private bath, spacious living room with cathedral ceilings & vaulted skylights, dining room, stainless appliances, & washer/dryer inside It's a one level condo located on 3rd level & very close to the elevator. 3 flat screen TVs, with High Speed Internet TV (including YouTube TV streaming app which features
live/cable channels & other streaming apps available, and high speed wireless internet access.

As can be seen by the photos, the unit has a large, master king bedroom opening onto our beautiful new screened balcony with amazing views of Folly River & beyond; a queen guest bedroom, full dining room, Kitchen/Bar area and spacious Living room with a view.

Mariners Cay Yacht Club is a private gated community located on the Folly River and is on on the other side of bridge to Folly Beach. It features a clubhouse, a very large pool with kids area, picnic tables, grills, tennis court and a private owners dock great for fishing and crabbing for fun. A short walk or bike ride across the Folly bridge will take you to town and the beach. We are a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to Beachfront. (.08 mile exactly) Downtown Charleston is about a 10 minute drive.

This truly is a home away from home! Check in time is 3:00 pm, Check out time is 11:00am. (We are Flexible!)

This condo is perfectly located for walks to the beach! The space is well-equipped and comfortable, the deck is wonderful (screened in!) and has a gorgeous view. The hosts were kind, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Amazing Beach Getaway!

This condo was a welcoming beach home away from home! The view of the marsh from the balcony is indescribable and the community is perfectly located. We felt secluded enough that we had our own little private getaway, but were close enough to the fun and activities on Folly Beach. We will definitely be back!

Nice condo with a beautiful view of the sound!

Condo was well maintained and has a gorgeous view of the sound. Master bed was very comfortable. Host was responsive and was able to give recommendations on places to dine. Easy access in to historic Charleston as well as Folly Beach. We had a lovely time!

We had a great weekend staying here! It is easily walkable to downtown folly (less than a mile). The condo was just as the pictures showed. Both bedrooms are attached to a bathroom. The owner was extremely responsive and allowed for flexible check in/out times. We would definitely stay here again!

Mariner’s Cay

Perfect spot for our week in Charleston! We loved watching nature from the screened porch every morning and evening. After a day of sightseeing, we relaxed in Claire’s condo listening to the birds and watching the boats and low & high tides. The location was the perfect distance from Charleston and Folly Beach. Gigi was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and spots to visit. She responded quickly to questions we had. I would highly recommend Claire’s place for couples and plenty of room for families.

Stunning sound side view!

Claire's place on the 3rd floor was stunningly beautiful! It was just the two of us there and we had plenty of room. GIGI, the manager and daughter, communicated extremely well with us. She made room in her outdoor closet for our bikes which was so convenient for us. The small kitchen was well stocked! The views are beautiful. The porch was so comfortable. I loved when it rained because I stayed on that porch all day and watched the ominous weather form over the sound. We so enjoyed out stay! Thanks GIGI!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I retired to Folly Beach over 20 years ago from Pennsylvania. We had traveled the East Coast looking for the perfect location and fell in love with Folly! The beach, boating, the wonderful people, Folly was definitely the whole package. The 15 minute drive to Historic downtown Charleston with all it's beautiful sites, exceptional restaurants, shopping and events was also a terrific bonus. My two daughters, grandaughter and grandson live here as well. Folly is the vacation destination for our family in Philadelphia as well.
