Sleep soundly in beds with high thread-count sheets and new memory foam mattresses. Decorated in modernistic monochrome style, stand-out touches include the suspended designer ceiling lights,
offbeat fractured frame mirror, and built-in wardrobes.

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

Great location and easy-check-in!
We stayed at the property for a girl’s weekend and it was perfect! With a restaurant downstairs, a liquor store and deli across the street and a coffee shop next door, you have all the essentials within steps! In addition, we were within walking distance to King Street and so many great restaurants. The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We used the laundry and dishwasher without issues and appreciated the conveniences the property had to offer. The stairs would be challenging for anyone with restrictions or small children but all other travelers should find this apartment to be a great option for their trip to Charleston! I hope to be back someday!

We had a wonderful trip! The condo was PERFECT!!! so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and comminication with owner was quick and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again on the next trip!!! The flights of stairs was not an issue at all. The cleanliness of the condo was worth more than 5 stars. Thank you!

Beautiful place!
What a lovely place to stay! Upon entering you immediately notice how light and bright it is, along with being spotless. Each room has it's own tv so no worries for anyone who needs this. The location is great; right in the heart of everything. The only thing I would add is that for anyone with mobility issues, this unit is on the third floor with no elevator. For all others, it's not an issue. We had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. Close to everything! The condo was perfect! Updated and clean. Had everything you need. On-site parking was a plus. We were on the 3rd floor which made taking luggage etc up to the condo a little difficult. For someone of age as I am(77). It could present an issue. I would definitely stay in this complex again!!
