Welcome to our 2,700+ sq. ft., 69’ waterfront, pet-friendly retreat, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, adventure and family fun — this home blends luxury touches with the comfort of home.

Bedrooms (4 Total — Sheets, Blankets & Pillows Included)

* Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): King bed with memory foam mattress, large closet, 55” Samsung Smart TV, and gorgeous bay views.
* Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Two twin beds with memory foam mattresses and a 43” Samsung Smart TV.
* Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): King bed with memory foam mattress, large closet, 55” Samsung Smart TV, and private en-suite full bath.
* Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Bunk bed (Queen + Twin) with memory foam mattresses and a 43” Samsung Smart TV.

Bathrooms (3 Full — Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash Included)
* 1st Floor: Full bath with tub.
* 2nd Floor: Two full baths with tubs, including one en-suite to Bedroom 3.

* Downstairs Family Room: Another spacious seating area with panoramic bay views, a large sectional, and a 65” Smart TV — perfect for movie nights. Includes a dedicated workstation with a multi-screen docking station for guests working remotely.

A fully equipped, modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, gas stove/oven with built-in air fryer, refrigerator with ice maker, Nespresso and Keurig machines, toaster, blender, food processor, and a new addition — a Ninja Slushie machine!
Extras such as crab pots, spices, cooking oils, starter coffee, and food storage essentials (plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and storage bags) are provided for your convenience.
Gather around the spacious dining table that seats 10, or enjoy a quick meal at the four-seat breakfast bar.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs (18 months or older) are welcome. No cats permitted. Please provide age, breed, and sex when booking for host approval. A $200 flat pet fee applies.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets — pet cleaning supplies are provided under the kitchen sink. Pooper scooper and waste bags are provided on the fence in the yard.
