#1:The Yale lock only worked to allow access into the unit if you left the unit you were unable to secure the apt. I notified the host yet nothing was done. I have used Yale lock personally and I know I was able to remotely lock and unlock the unit via my phone #2 the refrigerator was defected the freezer was full of frost which is a sign the unit is about to go out The inside was just cool not cold#3 The TV never work it stated “ no net work found. I reported this early Sunday morning nothing was done the host only said “ that’s weird but did nothing to fix the issue#4 the bed was on a tin frame which squeezed with every movement that was made#5 I called a total of four times to reach the host when I first arrived to obtain information. After two hours without a return called I called VRBO for help in contacting the host and they connected me to him. The host ask what number I had been called when I gave the number to him he stated the it was the correct number
