Please check out by 10 am so we have time to prepare the property for the next guests. In addition, we would appreciate it if you could inform us when you depart.
Please place the used towels in the bathroom and leave the kitchen in the same condition as when you arrived.
The dishwasher should be running with all dirty dishes inside.
Please close and lock all windows and doors, turn off the lights, set the thermostat to 70°F, and return the remote and keys to avoid a $150 fee. Ensure the garage door is closed when you leave.
