Good location, short walk in nice neighborhood to the ocean. Very clean, had everything we needed for 6 adults & 6 teenagers & younger.Close drive to the main attractions & restaurants in St. Aug. Notice it is mostly bunk beds if u have a full crew, only 2 regular beds but very doable with children. The kids enjoyed the large kitchen table for cards & board games.

The property owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely look into using them again and looking at their other properties as well. No issues for us and an excellent stay. 20 out of 10!!!!!!!!!

The property is as advertised. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. Bring your own chairs, as the ones at the property leave something to be desired. Overall, we had a positive experience. Major negative was that the gas and CO sensor in the master bedroom kept going off throughout the week stating that it was detecting gas. However, per the owner, there are no gas appliances and it was not a concern.
