Everything about the house was great. It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. Checking in and out was convenient and easy. We would definitely rent here again and recommend to anyone.

Nice location! Was perfect for our family of 6 to stay in. Close to a lot of things in OKC. We ran into a problem with the TV (user error) and the host was very very quick to help us with the issue.

Multiple issues made this stay less than ideal. Physically the house is nice, well decorated, and overall comfortable...1. I know AC units are pricey, but it appears this one either needs some serious maintenance or replaced. When it is literally 100 outside it is unreasonable to ask guests to keep the thermostat between 73 and 75 in my opinion! If you know guests are arriving with those temperatures it would make sense to have cooled down the house beforehand!2. Having 1 single roll of toilet paper in a house with 2 bathrooms and 7 guests is ridiculous! Responding to that with "yes, but there's bidets" (cheap cold water only bidets btw) is equally ridiculous! TP was ultimately delivered, but still!3. Having a washer & dryer is great... but it would make sense to then have detergent available!4. The back "yard" & patio with no seating, and overgrown weeds less than appealing as well.5. The bar stools are a hazard, period.5. Host was active when he wanted to communicate, but not so much when you're trying to reach him!This house is lovely inside, in a good neighborhood, many good amenities and attributes, lots of potential, but with the asking price it needs improvements!
