We enjoyed our stay. The rental is in a nice location with a small fenced yard for our dog and it was well stocked with kitchen and laundry essentials. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Side note: the house is located near a school and was busy during drop-off and pickup times. It's a short drive to the beach and a nice walk to see the eagles nest. That said, there were some issues with cleanliness that could use more attention. We have shared those with the host and he was very responsive to our concerns. With a little more care in that area, we would definitely stay again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided and any questions we had were answered immediately. The location was very convenient for anything we wanted to do. Unfortunately, the beach was closed during our visit, so we were extra grateful that the house was clean and comfortable as we spent more time in it than we had planned. The temperature was perfect for us to entertain our grandchildren in the game room. We didn’t use the hot tub but the patio around it is a wonderful place to cook out or relax.

My wife and I and our two small dogs stayed 5 days at this house. The property was very clean and well equipped and the dogs loved the fenced in backyard. My wife and I very much enjoyed the spa/hot tub outside. The only issues were at check in. We were not given the code for the garage/game room and when we got the code it did not work. We went to leave with the dogs in the house but the HOME security system had no delay so the alarm went off. And the ROKU TV would not let us enter our apps. BUT, the staff did an excellent job fixing these issues and showed true professionalism. So, overall a SOLID A for the experience not just for the house but also for the company that rents the unit

We apologize for the check-in issues with the garage/game room code, security system, and Roku TV. It’s great to know our team resolved everything promptly and professionally. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you again.

Great area, house well equipped

House was as advertised, well equipped- the bath towels weren’t in house and when we reached out they had a Walmart delivery within an hr. Great communication throughout trip. Very easy check in and out process.

Fantastic stay! Clean and comfortable. Well stocked accommodation. Our tween kids loved the game room set up in the garage and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Super nice neighborhood with local eats to enjoy. Easy to Cleveland and to Cuyahoga, even if over an hour away. Superior communication and instructions!! Thank you for the stay and the memories!
