Stay in our private community townhome with a 3 minutes’ drive to Shawnee Mountain Ski Area, 10 minutes’ drive to the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, and 15 minutes’ drive to Bushkill Falls, the Delaware Water Gap, Dunnfield Creek Appalachian Hiking Trail, and East Stroudsburg University (ESU). Our home has 2 bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen size bed), Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full baths, a jacuzzi tub, sunken living room with wood burning fireplace, open kitchen and dining room area, washer and dryer, playground for children off the back deck, and 2 parking spaces directly in front of the townhome.

You have access to the entire townhome which comfortably accommodates 6 individuals. If you are a larger family or group, please click on my profile to view our other homes in this complex. Proximity between homes ranges from 30 seconds to a 4-minute walk.

You can contact us before, and at any time during your stay with questions or concerns.

There is a security camera outside the front door and outside the sliding door for the deck.
*Absolutely NO smoking, controlled substances, or firearms on the premises.

*Guests are families and responsible adults over the age of twenty-five.

*Please DO NOT disturb neighbors. If a violation occurs, guests must vacate immediately.

*The front door access code will be sent one day prior to arrival.

*The Wi-Fi name and password are on the fridge magnet.

*PLEASE DO NOT USE LINENS FOR CLEANING. There are appropriate cleaning supplies throughout our home.

*Please place used towels in laundry baskets. There is one in each bedroom closet.

*When checking out, please place all trash and recyclables in cans on the back deck and ensure the fridge is empty.

*Any items that you bring into our home, please take with you when you leave or dispose of them in the garbage.
