Enjoyed our stay here. Interior is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Owner kindly accommodated an early check in. Yard is very small but was fenced which is nice. We would stay here again!

Nice house, spacious, well stocked and good location. We stayed here while moving students into UND. The adjacent street is busy but with the provided white noise machine in the bedroom, the traffic noise wasn't a bother. We will plan to stay again and would recommend it!

Grand Forks Review

The home was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed along with a small fenced in backyard with a grill. The host was prompt in his replies. The house is also close to downtown Grand Fork, restaurants and UND.

Catfish weekend/college visit

House was accurately listed, the smiling water tower even greets you when you open the front door. Had all the amenities and very new. Back yard is fenced, there is street noise like most hotels in the area, but owner provided noise machines. We’d stay again.

Lovely cozy house

We stayed four days for an event and the property was really nice. Close to what we were doing and clean and cozy.The only really minor imperfection is that the house is right next to a relatively high traffic street and there were cars that drove by several times at night playing some loud music. Not enough to make the stay anything less than perfect.We look forward rebooking here for the next several years since we will be coming back for annual events in the foreseeable future

We enjoyed our stay for a local conference. There were 4 adults so we bought an air mattress, and one of us slept on the couch. There was more than enough room and the accommodations were just bright, charming, and lovely. We enjoyed a casual late evening together in the living room before before bed, but otherwise used the house to just sleep and get ready for our days. The host contacted us and offered support if we needed it, which we did not. We were very happy to have a fridge with an ice machine and water and air conditioning for the unseaonal warm nights. The only thing missing was a box of tissues. would definitely stay again!
