Cozy 3 BDRM Spacious Suite near Lonsdale Quay
Welcome to my 3 bedroom suite near the Lonsdale Quay for Sea bus, the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Grouse Mountain. It is situated in a quite neighbourhood but walking distance to Lonsdale Avenue where you can enjoy the international culinary options or sip on a good cup of java. The suite is large to accommodate up to 8 guests on 3 king size beds and a sofa bed. Included is a small kitchenette (No Cooking), in-suite laundry, 1 full bathroom and 1 washroom.

All guests have exclusive access to the whole suite (not the whole house) and it is not shared with anyone else.
Each new guest will have an access code to enter the house which is only valid during your stay.
The suite is located on the ground floor of my house. It comprised 3 bedrooms with each room having a king-size bed.
The living room has a double sofa bed; therefore, we can comfortably sleep up to 8 people
The unit has 1 full bathroom and 1 washroom with toilet only.
There is free street parking at the front of the house for 2 hours, and there is limit-free parking on Mahon Ave across the street from St. Edmund's Parish.
We have a small kitchenette (not kitchen, only sink) with an on-demand microwave (Requested by local law...) and toaster kettle for simple meals and a wine fridge/fridge.
*** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: ***
Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Guest arrival form". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process may result in the cancellation of their reservation.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No Cooking
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am
- Only a registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. We don't allow cooking and we don't have a kitchen in our suite, we will not be able to provide refund if you cancel your reservation on this.
3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.
Support the local restaurants and coffee shops and include a friendly smile.
**Garbage disposal**
Recycle and trash bins are available and located outside of the unit.
The blue bin is for recyclables, located by the stairs just outside the unit entrance door
The green bin is for food waste, located near the wooden gate/fence
Gray bins for other regular trash, right outside the wooden gate

We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 2:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
