Villa Vijoux, Modern 8 br villa for large groups or family & Spectacular views!

Located on the French side of sunny St. Martin/St. Maarten, this villa will truly transport you to tranquility!

This is a beautiful & spacious villa. We have a total of 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms that allows large families or groups of friends to enjoy time together.

The villa overlooks Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond Marina, and St. Barths in the distance. It is in a perfect area on the island, close enough to everything that you need, yet far enough from everything so that you can vacation in peace and tranquility.

Besides the obviously spectacular view, this Villa is extremely comfortable and everyone can be together when they need to be, yet will have their own space when they need to have it.

We are not far from almost any area of interest in St. Maarten/St. Martin. Some great places to visit would be Orient Beach, Grand Case, Philipsburg, Marigot, Mullet Bay, Princess Juliana Airport, and so much more. There are also a lot of excursions that we have, whether it involves sailing, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, or other experiences. We would be happy to help you discover our island.

We have lived in Saint Martin / St. Maarten for almost 30 years, so if you require any help or any information regarding the island we would be happy to help you in any way that we can.

Our group traveled to St Martin to celebrate my 50th birthday. I rented Villa Vijoux as our host home and EVERYTHING was great. The home is beautiful and Manoj was the absolute best and this started upon first deposit. The level of service received with assistance in planning everything exceeded my expectations!!! This stay was amazing experience with stunning views and and excellent accommodations at the villa the building owner was excellent help there for all our needs at any moment the area is very private and very comfortable and clean place to stay and would definitely recommend to stay here for your luxury stay at this beautiful island. This is one of the best rentals we have ever rented 8 bedrooms 8.5 bathrooms pool ocean view loved every bit of it and the manager (Manoj) was the best from the booking to the check out !! He helped with everything we needed from the pickup/drop off at the airport A1 service and again the house was amazing !!!!

This villa is outstanding! The pictures do not do the property any justice. There’s ample space throughout the villa and having a kitchen on each floor is a great benefit if you have a large group. The check-in process was effortless as the property manager Manoj did a wonderful job of communicating and ensuring that we were accommodated. 10/10!

Like being at Home

I have rented a number of homes for our extended family over the past 20 years, at least 5 of which have been in the Caribbean. This house on St. Martin is the Best by FAR. The entire house is first class! The location is excellent and the view is pure heaven. Sitting on the pool deck with coffee and a croissant in the morning or a rum and coke at sunset it is perfect. Peaceful and beautiful views of the sea and the hills.

Best Host ever!

A perfect house for 8 couples! All beds are king size and all bedrooms have a full bath. Manoj was the best Host we have ever encountered. He and his family are so nice. Manoj was right there if we needed anything and took care of it. It was very nice to have a host that cares about your stay! Will definitely be contacting Manoj again should we decide to vacation in Sint Maarten.

The Perfect Villa!!!

I truly enjoyed the stay at Villa Vijoux. The pictures were accurate and the location was peaceful. The home and views were absolutely breathtaking. We were a group of 12, and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. I wanted a luxury experience to celebrate the birthday, and this home did not disappoint. From the amazing pool to the views of neighboring islands, we couldn't have asked for more. The GPS location made it easy to find with our rental, and the hosts were gracious and attentive. Whenever there was a need or question, they made sure to take care of us promptly. I recommend anyone to consider Villa Vijoux when looking for a serene, luxury, experience when visiting St Martin!

The house was amazing. So beautiful. Manoj was the best. He helped me all along the way. He got us a great driver, wonderful cake, answered every single time I needed him. This was my first Vrbo experience and I am so grateful for him and this outstanding property he rented to us to make my sister’s birthday a success. The pictures do not do it justice. Villa Vijoux is even better in person! Visually and because of Manoj!

Manoj is by far one of the BEST hosts, I’ve experienced. Thanks to him our trip was even more special than it would have been. We were celebrating my brother’s 60th birthday and Manoj was a crucial part of the preparation prior to and up to the actual birthday. He treated me and my family like he knew us all forever. He was extremely nice, helpful, sociable and he went above and beyond. The villa was beautiful, spacious, very clean and organized, yet still had the warmth of home. Villa Vijoux is a perfect space for large groups. All of the bedrooms are en suites and there are also 2 guest bathrooms. I would absolutely recommend Villa Vijoux to anyone looking for a spacious beautiful villa on a beautiful island.
