Bella Casa is a beautiful 12 bedroom villa with a stunning private pool overlooking the famous La Samanna Hotel and the beautiful beach at Baie Longue. Baie Longue is one of the best and exclusive beaches on the Island and The La Samanna resort is recognised as one of the finest and most exclusive in the world.

The Terre-Basses area is St Martin’s most desirable and mainly residential neighbourhoods offering the ultimate in privacy and exclusivity. Baie Longue is located at the very westerly tip of the island and is one of the best beaches to enjoy sunsets. There is excellent swimming, snorkelling and plenty of coral to see just off shore. La Bella Casa is a wonderful private retreat yet is only minutes from some of the best restaurants and duty free shopping in the world.

Seven bedrooms are in the main house. Each has private outdoor seating with either garden or ocean views. The overall mood in each room mixes Provence colors and fabrics in white with blue, yellow or red. Most rooms feature romantic four poster beds. Each en-suite bathroom is tiled in the iconic Provence tiles found in many Terres Basses villas. Several have ocean or garden views from the walk-in showers. A very large suite on the lower level is a quite oasis with its own large terrace and seating both inside and outside.

Two bedrooms are in a private, self-contained cottage with its own pool.
Another private cottage, located only few steps away from the main house features two brand new ocean view bedrooms.

Lastly, a studio apartment below the main house offers a queen size bed, a private living area and a kitchenette.
The villa also has a fitness room.

La Bella Casa is beautifully furnished and features a huge covered terrace overlooking the pool area that takes full advantage of the spectacular views. The Terrace has a lovely comfortable sitting area, very large outdoor dining table, outdoor bar and table tennis table.
