Host was very nice, offered some good info about local things to do. Property was gorgeous. Nice warm pool, tons of grass for kids to play, well kept koi pond, safe space inside gate to park. Room itself was on small size for 4 of us but can overlook that for the outdoor space. Beach is right off yard which was nice. Owner has a super friendly dog that my kids adored. Large outdoor kitchen (which we didnt use) which would be perfect for a large group to cook together.
