Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it is right near all the parks/excitement but it is quiet and tranquil. You can end your busy day out in a private backyard with minimal noise. We have no rear neighbors and water views. It is very relaxing!
What makes this property unique
Most Florida homes in our area are packed in! Making them not very private. Pools facing other pools etc... When we found this home we knew it was the one! The open backyard, water and sunset views sold us!
