The e house was amazing, it was clean, check in process was flawless. I have no complaints, the subdivision was great and a water park. Would stay here again.

It was okay, nice size! I was expecting something a little more fancier, the way the host was emailing ensuring we did not damage the property. My home is in better shape than this property, the host needs to relax! Bed in MBR headboard was shaky, bed low, carpet was clean however, does need to be replaced.one tv works, the Roku box in MBR did not have a power cord, tv upstairs volume did not work. Overall, it was ok, nothing fancy, needs some updating..ceiling fan was covered in dust . The previous guest left food and drinks in room, will not stay again, but our needs were met..

Had an enjoyable relaxed stay at the house. Great resort amenities, Arthur was helpful and communicative! Would high Recemmend , as well as it’s in great location.

Lovely place to stay!

My family and I had a fantastic time in Florida and the Solterra resort was such a nice community. We could not have found a better home to stay in then yours. Everything was great and it was clean and spacious. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

4th of July Family Gathering

Check in was easy, We were able to fit everyone comfortably from the baby to all of the couples. The property manager got back to us in a timely fashion. There is tons of space for a large family.

1) I had to send photo of my id document, to the owner. I don't know why he needed it for.2) I received in the first day (when we were sleeping with my wife) an advice in my cell phone, at 23 hs., saying not disturbing after 22hs !!!!).3) In the second day when we returned to the house, there was a man inside the house (a plumber) Nobody told me before.4) When we were leaving the house, checking all the bedrooms, there was a bag with some marihuana, below one of the beds. It's too much!!!!!I think that this kind of rentings, must have a responsible person prior and after, in charge of revision. I travelled a lot for many countries, and never felt these situations.

Nicely appointed home in a great location near theme parks.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the home. The home was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. The owner was very quick in his response time to my messages. The no smoking policy anywhere on the premises was an added bonus because we didn’t have to contend with any odors lingering in or around the home which made our stay that much more comfortable.

We had such a great time in this beautiful home! This is our 2nd time staying at Solterra Resort and we absolutely love the community here. My Fiancée and I agree that everyone is very welcoming and it really gives you a sense of peace when you are here. The home had everything needed from entertainment or if you are looking to just unwind after a long day. Perfect for entertaining guests. I couldn’t be happier with our stay, the only regret was not staying longer! Arthur is great as well, always respectful and responsive. I would recommend this home to any family looking to stay here in Central Florida!

House was plenty big for a large family or multiple families.

The house was perfect for a large family like ours. Pool was clean and a hit with the kids. A hair small if 6 people were in there at once. The community pool was literally right out the back door. Very quite neighborhood. Biggest complaint was we waited in a line over 1 mile long for 1 1/2 hours waiting to check into the neighborhood along with everyone else on Saturday from 5:00 to 6:30.

Beautiful, spacious rental.

Lots of space for my family. Dryer not drying, but replaced during our stay. Lighted pool. Get hot in garage game room. Cameras at the front entrance and on the lanai which felt intrusive. No smoking noted 3 times with threat of calling the police to put us out if seen smoking. Beautiful property overall.

Thank you for staying with us and taking care of our home. Security cameras are located outside and for the safety of our guests. Our home is absolutely no smoke/vape and no party place where you have a chance to enjoy good times with your families with 5 star amenities. If a party is planned, this would not be a good home for you.

Had to contact owner about a microwave that pet tripping the breaker box, was promised some action but received none. Not sure if this could be considered a problem but it certainly was for us. We spent additional money to eat out rather than being able to reheat food. Overall it was a fantastic vacation spot.

Nice and Clean

The house was very clean, and that says a lot coming from me. Bedsheets were on the beds but were still wrinkled from dryer. I'm ok with that, at least I know they were freshly washed. No dust to be found anywhere, even in the garage. Initially, I balked a bit at being asked to remove our shoes in the house but the cream colored carpet kind of warrants that. Said carpet has a bit of wear and tear on the step but it's clean so no complaints. Communication with Arthur, our host, was excellent, even at 9 pm on New Years Day. Neighborhood nice and quiet as well. Overall, a great experience. We would happily stay at this property again without a second thought.
