Overall with the money, the front gate to get into the community is not great but easily avoidable. Overall worth it. The host were always availableand answered all my questions within minutes.

House was pretty clean and had just about everything you needed. Pool was great for the little kids. Only negative things about the house was that the front door would barely latch, and the back screen door latch was broken, and one window upstairs would not fully shut. But I’d still stay in this house again.

The resort had a lot of amenities. We really enjoyed the clubhouse. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 to spread out and enjoy the home. We had a wonderful vacation.

It was nice , just be mindful of you are staying with a big group to bring extra toilet papers and paper towels and cleaning products ,also shampoo and conditioner because they provide one , and charge for extra if needed. But overall stay was great!

Nice home

Stayed for 10 days and felt like staying at home. Owner was very responsive and periodically checked with us if we need anything. Very spacious property.Suggestion(s): 1. would nice to have ceiling or floor fan. We ended up buying becaude we cannot sleep without 1. I understand that not everyone needs it.2. Quality of amenities can be improved lile toilet papers, kitchen papers, soap etc.. we ended up buying all of these on our own.. probably bcz we stayed for 8 days.Overall experience was great and will pick again if we visit Florida.Thank you.

property is conveniently located, spacious (4 adults 1 child) but is in need of general maintenance. Furnishings are dated and provisions are sparse. No washcloths, no spare paper products, has the advantage of being a corner unit, but the parking lot can get loud at times. People coming and going, car alarms going off, etc. Shower water pressure is inconsistent. High pressure in some. Low pressure in others. Shower tile shows signs of mold with musty smells. Shower heads do not adjust, making it difficult to avoid drenching hair. TV screens are nice size and WIFI works well. ceiling fans would be helpful, especially in the bedrooms. We ended up buying small fans. The only A/C control is at the top of the stairs which is awkward. Kitchen appliances are updated and sufficient. Pool is very nice, although the area around the pool is small and the furniture needs to be replaced. Ample supply of pool towels was a plus. With a few updates, this would be a great property for a family or group of friends.
