READ FULLY!!! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful studio of bliss! Close to several waterways (Parris Island, Port Royal, Hunting Island, St. Helena, Hilton Head) and beaches. Excellent location for Marine Corps graduation(s). Family & Pet friendly. Lots of amenities. Roku tv. Complimentary Tesla charger station. Catering/Meal(s) Service upon request. Private keypad entrance. Outdoor Fish Cutting Table. Remote control AC, ceiling fan & light(next to bed). Water dispenser w/hot & cold.

Private studio suite space connected/locked off to main house with a King sized plush pillow top mattress. Sectional sofa for additional bedding. 2 Queen sized air mattresses. Baby Crib upon request. Nightlights on wall in hall to the bathroom. Separate AC/Heat Control in space. Ceiling fan and sky lights.

Need a bigger space, send inquiry to checkout our 4 bed 3 bath location closer to the beach. Pet fee per pet.

Owners live on site and have dogs but they won’t be a bother/intermingling.

First thing we noticed was a dead cockroach& dead flies. Dirty dusty floors. Advertised as one king and two queens. We see two air mattresses in a pile on a shelf… the king mattress has visible stains on the side, couch has crumbs & dust all over it. No kitchen sink. Holes from dogs digging and dog crap all over the yard. Refused to refund our money, as a business owner myself I would have refunded and kept 50 for an inconvenience fee because this would be the right thing to do since your place is unsanitary. Before you decide to turn your sons old bedroom into a rental property maybe be sure to get rid of the bug infestation and not falsely advertise.
