About this property

New Outer Banks Golf Cottage

Golfers and families alike will love our new cottage located on our 5,000 square foot courtyard putting green that stays lit until 10:00 pm. There is also a 4 hole short-course that runs across that back of the property that is open for unlimited play during your stay! Not a golfer? Our cottage is less than 1 mile from the Outer Banks newest attraction H2OBX Waterpark and less than 8 miles from the beautiful beaches of the OBX -the perfect spot for a family vacation or guys golf trip!
The Space
In addition to a gourmet kitchen and beautiful living/dining area, each cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms downstairs (each bedroom has 2 full-sized beds). There is a loft located up a spiral staircase with 2 additional full-sized beds. The loft area is open to the downstairs living area. There is a gas grill on the back deck. Stacked washer and dryer downstairs.
Each rental includes 2 tickets to the Outer Banks newest attraction, H2OBX to be used any time during your stay! As a cottage guest you will also have full access to Westside Athletic Club including tennis, pickle ball, fitness and pool!

Lots to offer

The cabin was spacious and open despite the small footprint. It appeared new and had the necessities you need to start your vacation without first stopping at the store. The cabin came equipped with 2 Keurigs, several rolls of toilet paper and towels, laundry and dish detergents, and small hotel-like soaps. It, however, was not as stocked with varying sizes of pots, pans, bowls, etc. We appreciated that linens were included and how easy it was to "check-in". This property had a lot to offer for teens who want to stay busy. We worked out, swam, played pickleball and basketball, practiced putting, and even did the water aerobics. An added bonus was the water park tickets that were included. Just be warned NOT to have an Amazon package delivered to your cabin because it is likely to go MIA.
