Quiet country living with a beautiful lake nearby. Entrances 2 miles away for swimming, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. Noted for crappy derby in the winter. 16 miles from Greek Peak skiing.
31 miles to Ithaca, 50 miles to Syracuse, 18 miles to Binghamton. Private entrance, fenced in yard for kids and pets. Fire pit, grill, bench swing.
King size bedroom and double bedroom, extra sleeping areas available with pullout couch, fold down couch in library, and cot.
Kitchen fully equipped for cooking, Keurig, coffee maker, Bullet, crock pot. Library full of books, game cabinet, toys.
Laundry room if staying awhile.
Pool in the summer.
Wifi, Amazon fire stick with prime, HULU, Peacock, Paramont+, Netflix, etc.
