EXTENSIONS:
Extending your rental beyond the originally agreed-upon checkout date requires a surcharge: 20% for the first extension, 30% for the second and 40% thereafter.

SHOWINGS
The owner may need to show the property to potential renters during your stay. It is agreed that you will allow the showings at a mutually agreed day and time. $100 will be credited to your bill, with our gratitude.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The maximum number of people allowed on the property is 15. Because of this, we need a $10,000 refundable security deposit to prevent unauthorized gatherings, and pay for utilities.
If more than 15 people are on the property at any time, there is a penalty of $250 per person starting with the 16th person. So if 20 people are on the property we charge $250 x 5 = $1,250, etc. The balance of the deposit is promptly refunded to you.
