Welcome to Summer Fun by the Sea! Your ultimate waterfront paradise with a huge screened in porch to enjoy in any weather as well as a 100 foot private boat slip right in the backyard! Whether you’re a boater or a beach bumb, we offer it all with just a short drive to Long Beach island and 7 complimentary beach tags. With a 5 minute boat ride to the Manahawkin Bay you will be at the sandbar in no time, or tour the lagoons with one of our 3 kayaks. After a fun filled day you can unwind by having a soak in the hot tub!

Complete with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths including an outdoor shower, we have everything you need for an awesome family vacation including fully stocked kitchen, bed linens and bath towels! All you need to bring are your beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all linens on the beds, the cleaning crew will handle it.
Make sure all dishes are washed or in the dishwasher. Turn dishwasher on before leaving.
Trash day is Monday morning, Recycling is Tuesday morning. Make sure trash is put out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect your neighbors! Keep the noise level to an appropriate volume and no loud music or noise after 10pm.
No smoking on the property, this includes vaping inside of the house.
Children must be supervised at all times when in or around water. Life jackets are strongly encouraged.
