Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Spring retreat. This excellent house features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, perfect for a peaceful and tranquil getaway. With amenities like AC/heating, WiFi, washer/dryer machine, fully equipped kitchen and an iron, guests can feel like being home while away from the comforts of their own home. The renovated atrium provides a space of peace and relaxation while guest enjoy the paintings of a local artist. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience and basic body soaps. Enjoy all that Spring/The Woodlands has to offer when you stay at our place. Minimum lease of 6months, capped bills included as well as yard maintenance and pest control. Must complete background check for everyone over 21yrs of age and must sign a rental agreement. Exceptions can be made for some pets, just ask.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No acetone to be used on the living room furniture or the kitchen countertop.
No bleach to be used anywhere in the home. There are cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink as well as cleaning vinegar in case of spills.
The thermostat is to be kept at a comfortable 72 to 75 deg F as to not overload the system.

Summer Stay

We loved our 3 week stay at this property. House was perfect for the four of us. We had plenty of space, loved how quiet it was, and easy access to everything. Our host Lesley was wonderful- 100% recommend this property! Will definitely stay here again when we're back in Houston.

Very nice home!

The home was spacious and clean! Just wished there was a guest book to sign! It's fun to see where everyone came from. Also an instruction/rules binder would help etc..so wouldn't have to look it up and forward it to family members that are staying.

We stayed here while in town for our son’s baseball tournament, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed — especially important since we were also traveling with our newborn on his very first trip!The space gave us room to spread out and relax between games, and the quiet neighborhood was a huge plus for nap times. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it easy to prep meals, and the beds were super comfortable after long days at the ballpark.The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. We felt right at home and are so grateful we had a peaceful place to land during such a special (and busy!) weekend. Would absolutely stay again if we’re back in the area.

The Borg in Spring

Thank you for hosting us and opening up your beautiful home to us! Communication was great from the hosts! Everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful sunroom—it was such a relaxing spot to unwind. We also appreciated the proximity to the interstate and other roadways, which made it easy for us to travel between neighboring cities.We would definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend your property to others.Thanks again for the warm hospitality!

I’m from north Texas and been in Houston since I graduated college. This home has been a 12month lease property for over 10yrs and after a horrible eviction, we are trying our hand at turning this beautiful home into a short term rental.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it was and still is very family oriented. The neighbors are great people and everyone watches out for each other.

Also, the convenience to just about everything you need is within a 2-3mi radius.

What makes this property unique

The time invested into fixing our rental home up was a long road but we got there with dedication and patience. To see where the home is now from when we recovered it from a bad eviction, leaves everyone in awe with the before and after pictures.

Not only that, we were blessed to have a local Houston artist paint a bohemian plant mural in our atrium that is to die for! It completely sets the vibe for the entire home.
