The back entrance is quiet and away from traffic. It offers a fully equipped kitchen & an extra work space. With a queen bed & a full bed, guests will find the accommodations pleasant and welcoming. The property offers Central H/AC and loads of condiments for your comfort. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Sherman. Easy access to downtown, Austin College, Highway 75, groceries, gas & salons. Park in the rear of the property. You will be issued a code to the lockbox and enter through the rear.

Hello! I live locally in Sherman and am usually around if needed. I personally care for the house and keep it super clean and fresh for your arrival. I love being a host! I’ve been a patron of Short Term Rentals for 9 years! I know what I am hoping for when I lease a space. I want to provide this for my guest! Im at your service offering ala cart cleaning and linen services for longer stays!
Why they chose this property
The cottage faces a busy street so the back alleyway entrance is where you want to park and enter. Theres easy access to gas, groceries, salon services and car wash! Highway 75, Austin College and downtown Sherman are seconds/minutes away! The back of the house is where the neighborhood begins! There is an amazing city pool, pickleball and basketball courts and walking trails that can be accessed easily and is only a few blocks west. If you love convenience, you’ll love it!
What makes this property unique
This house was built in the 1950s and the wood floors etc are all original. I've tried to keep as much of the nostalgia as possible by adding vintage charm in the decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with Gas range, microwave, toaster, dish washer and everything you need to cook a meal. The grocery store is walking distance as is a car wash, gas station and nail salon. Walmart and other retail shopping is easily accessible as are restaurants, downtown, Austin College and Highway 75, Very convenient location if you like being in the mix of things.
