The first impression is usually right. 1. Room was not finish off as nice as the pictures showed 2. Lacking the amenities you would expect. Condiments such as salt and pepper, no creamersfor coffee, no dish towels3. Last 2 nights no hot water and no offer to give a discount or reimbursmentPlus side1. Bed was very comfortable .

We strive to create a comfortable space for all our guests and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. I did notice your concern regarding the lack of condiments such as salt, pepper, and creamers, as well as dish towels. While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, our listing does not state that these items are provided. We always recommend guests review the amenities section in advance to avoid any surprises. Regarding the hot water issue during the last two nights, I sincerely apologize for that inconvenience. We were not made aware of this during your stay, or we would have done our best to resolve it promptly. Lastly, your stay was already offered at a discounted rate of $39 per night as part of our new listing promotion. We believe this was a fair rate for the space and amenities provided. We do appreciate your compliment about the comfortable bed, and we hope you had safe travels.

Needs some updating

No hot water entire visit, had to go somewhere else to shower, even after plumber supposedly came out.2 reasons I wanted to stay here, sleep and hot shower. Not worth my money House vents were blowing cold air into room while I had split unit heater on, these should be independent and they're not.Owner slow to respond, had to wait till next day late morning before hearing back each time No washer/dryerBlocked in driveway by other guests that rented out the house
