Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire private home, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, a screened pool, and private backyard with Fire pit, trampoline and swings.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars (garage not for guest use).

Check in easily via smart lock – I’ll provide a unique code before arrival.

Please note: the pool is not heated.



Other Things to Note:

We will provide family essentials including a high chair, pack ’n play, and kids’ dinnerware for your convenience.

The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood—no parties or loud noise allowed.

Check-in is via smart lock, and the code will be shared as soon when house will be ready for you ( day of you arrival.)

Please note: the pool is not heated.

The garage is not available for guest use, but there is space for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
