Brand new bedding including mattresses. The house is a year round home. There is a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, outdoor grill, washer and dryer. Outdoor shower. There is a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and internet. Back patio accessible from the dining area and kitchen. The home is sunny and cozy! Deeded private beach rights from owner to Lake Wequaquet which is an 8 minute walk from house where sunsets and canoeing are enjoyable.
