One Bedroom #360 offers:
• 690 square feet with a spacious top floor living space, one bedroom, full-size kitchen, and bathroom.
• Queen bed, dresser, and TV in the bedroom.
• The living area features two sofas including one Queen sleeper sofa, a large armchair, a coffee table, small desk and chair, and a new flat screen TV on the wall.
• Seating for 6 people in the dining area, with extra barstool seating at breakfast counter.
• The full-size kitchen is stocked with a microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator cooking utensils, 4 burner stove, oven, coffee maker and plenty of silverware.
• A full bathroom with two separate entrances and an oversized tub/shower combo.
• This condo accommodates 2-4 people.

A well-equipped kitchen adjacent to the living space includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop range, coffee maker, and oven. It's stocked with cooking essentials, giving you the freedom to enjoy meals in your own space. The dining table comfortably seats six, with additional barstool seating at the adjacent breakfast counter.
The full bathroom features dual access, a spacious soaking tub with shower option, and two sinks.

One Bedroom #360 sits on the third floor, offering easy ski-in/ski-out or hike-in/hike-out access, depending on the season. A short walk is all it takes to get on the slopes. The unit is also in walking distance to the Village at Palisades Tahoe, which offers world-class dining, shopping, and après-ski fun.
