Property is very nice, every room has its own full bathroom and thats a big plus, lots of room, beds are very comfortable. Host was very friendly.

Beautiful spacious condo with a panoramic oceanview. It accommodated 4 adults and 2 minors. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made it convenient for both of our families. Everything including the community pool was great except for the lack of A/C in yhe condo and the ant problem we had to deal with. I would stay again but not in hot weather. The fans were not enough.It was a short 20 min drive to Rosarito. The exit off the toll road has not been paved, so it's a little tricky.

We enjoyed the amazing views and loved the space. Only thing was the low water pressure on the very top floor… it was a Tri-level home but that is typical in Mexico. We all got to enjoy our time and will be back! Even our doggies enjoyed it! Got to see amazing sunsets and dolphins too!

This home is on the top of a beautiful cliff overlooking the ocean. So beautiful. It is part of a small community of homes. The security was very good.The guards walk the grounds 24 hours a day. The home is exactly as listed.4 beds 4 1/2 baths .beautiful yard which we used for our family easter egg hunt. The kitchen is beautiful and very well appointed with everything that you need for cooking and entertainment. I had my children and grandchildren visit me and we had easter dinner with no need to bring anything but the food with us.The cleaning utilities are all provided so you can keep everything nice while you are staying. I spent many hours on the balcony sitting with my family looking at the ocean and we saw dolphins a few times pelicans flying over.This home is between Rosarito and Tijuana. There is no delivery services for food but Playas de Tijuana is only a couple of miles away if you need to go shopping. Rosarito is a 15 minute drive for restaurants and nightlife.We used the pool 1 time it was clean the bathrooms were out of service they were doing construction on them.there is no lifeguard on duty.The seating is lounge furniture and chairs.the pool area has a glass fence and a grass area so children can run and play and it overlooks a cliff down to the beach. There's 2 ways to get to the beach a dirt path which is a climb and a stairway that is about 4 stories in length. The beach is private only for the people living and staying in the colony.

Hi, this is the 2nd time my family has rented this home. Its clean and beautiful and right on the beach. They are doing construction on the house next door but they stopped at around 5pm in the afternoon. The kitchen is fully stocked just bring garbage bags. They have everything you will need. Its a 10 minute drive to Playas de Tijuana and a 20 minute drive to Rosarito. You are perched on top of the cliff looking down at the ocean. The sound of the waves was wonderful. There is a security entrance and security walks the property often.
