The property was just as pictured. It worked perfectly for us with our dogs while awaiting our new home to be finished. Communication w the host was excellent, the property was set up for people w dogs- blankets for furniture, pooper scooper, fenced yard etc. very nice screened porch area to enjoy the weather. It was a little cool to swim but the pool looked clean and inviting. The tiki bar also looks like a lot of fun but we did not use this time. I’ve already recommended to friends who have family coming to visit w dogs.

My family and I had an excellent stay at this property. Place was just as advertised. Very clean and modern inside with lots of room and all the amenities. We loved the backyard and our kids especially loved the pool. The host were very responsive to any of our request and had great communication checking in with us to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area.

Our hosting journey began when we purchased a vacation home in the Hill Country of Texas. We had such a great experience putting the house together so that others could come and visit, relax, and hopefully have everything needed for a stress free stay. We soon added a home in Greenville, SC, and then this home in Melbourne, FL. We love creating homes away from home!

Why they chose this property

We love that this home is in an established residential neighborhood. We are within walking distance to two coffee shops, close to the Eau Gallie Arts District, a short drive to the causeway to the beaches, near the Melbourne airport, and minutes from downtown with all its shops and restaurants. The Sports Complex and Port Canaveral are also within a reasonable distance. This is a great venue for families, working professionals, and groups of friends.

What makes this property unique

We have a lovely in-ground salt water pool in our private, completely fenced back yard. The pool has removable screening for extra child safety. Our tiki bar area features a mini-fridge, smart TV, grill, and fire pit. The party lights add a festive touch! For families with younger children, the playscapes are a huge hit. If the weather cooperates, you can view rocket launches from our backyard!

Inside, we strive for a peaceful, serene atmosphere for a relaxing visit. Bedrooms all have their own Smart TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked. We have child-friendly amenities to help make your stay as stress-free as possible!
