Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Walking distance to the Riverwalk, a scenic path along the Androscoggin River.

Parking available for cars, trucks, machines, and trailers. ATV right from the house to downtown or the trails! Snowmobile enthusiasts will have to trailer to a designated parking area nearby.

You will have the entire home to yourself. Park in the driveway and on the side yard. Guests do not have garage or basement access.
