In the primary you will also find a crib if required. The remaining two bedrooms on the top floor are queen beds and share a large bathroom with double sink, shower/tub and toilet. On the lower level you will find the fourth bedroom with a queen sized bed, and bathroom with shower/tub.
All the bathrooms have hair dryers, large bath towels and wash clothes, and towels for the hot tub. The house is equipped with a washing machine, WiFi, Smart TVs, a second living space downstairs, a second outdoor seating area downstairs and a hot tub. With beautiful mountain views our home will provide comfortable living year round.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the beds and place all dirty linens on the floor next to the beds. All used towels can be collected and put in the bathtub or on the floor next to the shower.
In the kitchen please empty all food out of the fridge, and take the garbage from the kitchen to the large bin in the garage.
Please do a walk through to check all doors are closed tightly and locked (bottom level door, patio door, front door & garage door). Also, please check that the garage door is closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I grew up in a small ski resort town south of Buffalo, NY and always wanted a place where our family could come together for breaks, holidays and the summer, and hopefully they would love skiing as much as I do! As a mom to 3 little ones, this house allows us to keep some structure when away, cook and relax but also get out to all the fun activities with ease!
Why they chose this property
We choose this neighborhood because it is the perfect balance for our family. We are less than a 10 minute drive to Park City, but have the space and comfort that our young family needs. Take a drive in either direction and you are going to have a great time, whether that is skiing, hiking, swimming, there are endless possibilities from this location.
What makes this property unique
The great thing about this property is you are nestled in the mountains, close to all ski and hiking attractions, but can feel like you are home. The house was renovated just 2 years ago to provide a more modern cozy feel.
