We were there for my daughter’s 21st birthday and it was close to the activities at the stockyards.

The property was in an older area. The AC and Fridge were off upon arrival. Inside is very cute and very clean. I would have preferred a light on the porch for safety. We stayed on a visit to the stockyards. 10-minute Uber with traffic.

VRBO Stay Review – Fort Worth, TX (October 17–19, 2025)Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property did not meet expectations. While the air conditioning worked well, several significant issues impacted the overall experience. The flooring was in poor condition—unstable with sharp edges that posed a safety risk. The listing photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the property's current state. The front door had a large crack leading directly outside, which raised serious concerns about security and insulation. The property was overpriced considering its small size and lack of usable outdoor space. Additionally, the driveway was extremely steep and hazardous, particularly for smaller vehicles.I would not recommend this property to others in its current condition. To improve the guest experience, I strongly suggest the owner invest in repairing the flooring and front door, updating the listing photos to reflect the actual condition, and addressing the safety of the driveway.
I’ve been managing and hosting short-term rentals in the DFW area for over 10 years, and I truly love creating comfortable, well-thought-out spaces for guests to enjoy. Hospitality is something I take pride in — whether it’s helping families find a home away from home, or giving travelers a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. My team and I focus on cleanliness, convenience, and great communication so every stay feels smooth and stress-free.
